SILVER ANNUAL SMOKE ALARM SERVICE

This Includes:
- Service, clean & maintenance of all smoke alarms (replacing 9-volt batteries where required)
- Ensures compliance with Fire and Emergency Services (Domestic Smoke Alarms) Amendment Act 2016 and the Building Fire Safety (Domestic Smoke Alarms) Legislation Amendment Regulation 2016
- Unlimited smoke alarm compliance inspections to ensure smoke detectors are compliant (includes beeping or faulty alarms)
- Installation or replacement of interconnected, photoelectric 240-volt hardwired or 10-year lithium battery smoke alarms in bedrooms, hallways or where required by law ($198 per alarm*)
- Ensure all smoke alarms meet AS 3786-2014
- A compliance report will be sent following each inspection
- Five year warranty on any smoke alarm installed by us
*The type of smoke alarm installed, and interconnection method used, will depend on the age and layout of the property. Extra costs may apply depending on the layout of the property but will be quoted on before work commences.
